$30 per Online Class | Join the class right from your kitchen with live Zoom classes featuring expert chef instructors.

How it works: 48 hours before class, you will receive a detailed welcome packet via your email with a grocery list, necessary supplies and kitchen tools, prep recommendations and recipes. Your Zoom login information will be sent to your email one hour prior to class.

One of our expert chef instructors will virtually greet you and provide a step-by-step demonstration on how to prepare and plate each recipe. Only one registration per household required. Enjoy the Class & Share the experience.

At ICC, you can learn elements of the craft of the charcutier, a trade that has been around for centuries. You’ll walk away with hands-on knowledge to make fresh-cured bacon, prosciutto, fresh and dry-cured sausages, pâtés, pork rillettes and duck and ham confit. Among the subjects discussed will be the traditions of charcuterie; an overview of pig anatomy and butchery; methods used to salt, smoke and cure meats; and techniques of working with seasonings, casings and more.
